Professional ApproachI primarily use Transactional Analysis (TA) and use Person Centred theory to form an Integrative style which flows freely with each individual client. I highlight the dynamics between people and how the unconscious way of being often causes problems and issues within our relationships.
Communication is key and how to do this both effectively, calmly and consistently can be addressed and explored in therapy. TA offers a way to illustrate easily and clearly where we can find ourselves in a loop going around in the same unfulfilling pattern for a long time.
Often a person knows something is not feeling right but cannot identify it and therefore nothing can change as there seems to be nowhere to start. This can be gently uncovered and work can begin.
